I was searching for a decent place for my sister and her family to stay at in December when I saw this ad. It seemed like a good deal but since I havent heard of iBilk before, I was kinda hesitant to book it. But after searching online to verify the 'legitimacy' of the site, I decided to book the place. And Im glad that I did (booked it for Dec 16-22, 2012).

The place was a very good deal for its price. The whole unit is clean and quite spacious if you only have 2 people staying. You have the basic amenities you would need and the place is very close to Gateway, Shopwise and restaurants along Araneta Center.

And also, Angela is a very accommodating and nice host. She didnt mind that we had kids and was even thinking about the comfort of the kids. I will definitely recommend this place.

Great location, nice furnishings, and a great place to stay. Above all, the owner was a great host! I will again look at staying here the next time I come back.

Elyn was superb, and so was the unit. Everything we need was there. wifi, cable tv, water and dispenser, bath towel, ref, rice cooker, kitchen utensils, and just about everything a house should have. The rooms were just as expected. What you see in the pics, are what your gonna get. But other than the pics, it truly felt like home. Our stay was more than perfect. The pool was excellent, it felt like a private pool as there are no other guest swimming with us. Guards and condo staffs were friendly and accommodating. The place is neat, and serene. It's near the airport, and there's Puregold somewhere near the condo, just about 5 min away. We actually got more than what we paid for. There is no doubt we will come back again. Thanks Elyn. :)

My 7-day stay ended today and i can surely say it was woooorth it! I love the place..the room itself is cozy, comfy and homey..everything you need is there (except for bath towels ofcourse, its not a hotel) :)) the condo staffs are very nice, they're accommodating and courteous.. Jollibee, shakeys and mini grocery store are just beside the tower which makes everything more conveneint :) Also, its very near Market! Market!..(i had fun there..lots of affordable stuffs..its now my favorite mall!) Next time I come back to manila, Id surely stay here again..:))

tonight is my first night and i must say the place is amazing..lovely!:) i just love the colors, design and ambiance. The first time I did when i entered the unit? tOok pictures and posted it on my FB..hehe! The view outside the window is awesome too..esp. when airplanes pass by..:) Thank God i found this place!

The place is soo cozy and very homey. Cant compare to staying at a hotel. This place is way better. Definitely staying here again!

initially i can't help to doubt booking another transaction in the internet because of the previous scams i've had BUT THIS SITE IS SURELY TRUSTWORTHY.

our stay in baguio was made awesome by maxine's. we gave my in-laws (from mindanao) a tour around and they were pleased that we chose a place comfortable for them to have a rest after the long day's tiring activities.

the unit is actually bigger and nicer than in photos. very comfortable, accessible and convenient. the owner is very nice. the only problem we had was the electricity bill which cost us php650 for our 2 nights stay which was very high considering we were out the whole day. however, ma'am mary ann promised to look into the guard's meter reading and offerred us discount for our next stay. this place is a hidden gem with its ammenities, comfort and definitley the price. with swimming pool and free wifi. we we're happy we found this place and felt lucky we were able to book on our travel dates. mam mary ann was nice enough to wait for us until past 11pm upon check in and allowed us for late check out. aside from the shocking electric bill, overall stay was great and still cheaper compared to other accomodations. i hope this place will always be available whenever we need a place to stay in manila. a very great experience for our travel.

Our stay was fantastic. The house was very relaxing, clean, and spacious for us 10 people. And the owners were very accomodating and easy to deal with. The place is very very near camp john hay and other tourist spots. Plus they have this terrace wherein you can have bbq's and drinks while experiencing the cold weather of baguio. I will definitely go back to this place "Hillside Baguio Transient Homes 2" every visit to baguio. By far my 1st choice to recommend to people i know.

We had a wonderful time staying here.The place is very clean with excellent security.Mr.Jose Frando was prompt and always available to answer our questions. We will definitely recommend to our friends and will likely stay here again on our next visit to the Philippines.

Sorry for the late review. My family stayed here for 3days and 2nights. I have been to a few condo's and hotel but this one exceeded my expectation. Now, whenever I browse hotels or condo's in manila I cannot stop myself comparing this unit because it is just really good! Ms. Melanie is very accomdating and attentive to respond on your inquiries. The staff of tivoli gardens is very accomodating, they always greet you with a smile. The pools are all really really clean. Every night around 11 - 12mn they are changing and cleaning the pool. One early morning I woke up aroung 3am and I saw 4 guards roaming around the vicinity so yes the security is great!

Before I forgot, this is a penthouse located on the 29th floor. The view is exhilarating!

You do not need a 5 star hotel or an expensive hotel to get a beautiful room and a relaxing stay if you have this unit around. =)

I will recommend Sophia's to my friends. Place is good, Miss Joan is very accomodating and easy to talk to. She even have us fetched at Caltex Legarda so as to find the place easily w/out hassel due to the one way streets. The house is neat and clean and well maintained. Thanks, Miss Joan, till our nxt vacation.

our stay was superb, cudnt ask for more. it was queit and thats what my husband and i needed. Most of all the owner was very accomodating of my request. I cant wait for my next stay in Ridgewood towers.

I did not have any problem communicating with Mr Jaime. He's accommodating in answering queries from tenants. Also the place is in order and very homey.

Me and my husband had a wonderful time here at Mr. Jun Tagle's unit at the 17th floor, Ridgewood Tower 2. The place is cozy, quiet, clean and most importantly - it's complete (yes, there's wi-fi!) The view from our room is spectacular, day or night! It's worth it. We'll definitely be back and recommend it to our friends or family. Thank you Mr. Jun Tagle for being so warm and accommodating!

We had a great time staying at Baguio Pines. The owners are so accomodating and very hospitable. The place is good. The ambiance is wonderful. We love the place so much because of its location, very nature. It' s so accesible to all the places you want to see in Baguio. I would love to stay there again, maybe the soonest! I will strongly recommend the place to m friends, officemates etc. Thanks agan especially to the Labos Family, to Ma'm evy who stayed late at night just to accomodate my family! You' re exceptional.
