You will always be welcome at my unit. Regarding the TV, you should have informed us then. We have several spare tv on hand, or if you happen to use the new LED tv which we just installed, my staff could assisted you in any way. So far, i had it checked now, and it's working. just need to communicate more as we will always be happy to serve.

Dear Mr. Del Bianco,

I am extremely saddened that you are not satisfied with your accommodation. Please be informed that we endorsed the unit to your wife before you arrived newly cleaned, bed prepared with fresh linens and bathroom towels.

We took pains cleaning our unit before we endorse it to our tenants. We issue only basic kitchen utensils as a favor to our guests, but had you asked Lanie for more, we will gladly lend you some. I hope too that as a favor, you are aware that I even allowed Lanie to accompany your wife in the middle of the night to fetch you at the airport. Need I say more that we have extended all efforts to assist you in any way we can to make your stay comfortable?

I hope too that you don't get offended if i refer to you as being very old as the unit is not even a quarter as old as you. I'd like to think that maybe, you were not feeling ok when you wrote that because if you really meant it, you wouldn't have made another reservation with us.

I just knew it that you must have been so tired and had a bad day when you wrote that comment. It appeared so negative, one would think so badly about the unit.Your wife said, you have proven that we fair better than all the other reserved accommodations you got here in the Philippines during your stay, in terms of services, location and physical attributes of the unit, thus you were only too glad to come back and made your apologies to Lanie, my caretaker. You made our guests with future reservations so apprehensive regarding your review, that they emailed me regarding the matter. Most of our guests come back and we receive words of praises, satisfaction and gratitude from them, thus it really surprised me when you commented in the negative. We take good care of guests. We will always strive to do better. On the positive side, your review were eye opener as to the quality of cleaning my staff is doing.
