Great customer experience from Jerry. He contacted me to offer me early check-in as the unit is vacant, and due to power interruption has advised me that I need to check-out earlier by a day, reimbursing the fee as well.

The unit is clean and spacious; the building and surrounding areas is safe. Awesome value for your money! If I may suggest, putting a coffee table would be nice (doubles as dining table) and a clothes rack. A small fridge would be a nice upgrade.

Won't hesitate to stay in this place again. Thanks Jerry and keep up the good work!

well recommended. a very nice place to stay. they have everything you need for your stay. place is quiet and very clean. we will definitely come back.

Room is spacious for small group. Equiped with oven toaster, electic stove and cooking utensils. There is no ref available though. I hope that the next time i visit the Place, there's a ref available in place already. It is more convenient as we can just buy and store all perishable items at once rather than going out each time we would need to buy for food. Guards and staffs are friendly. You can arrange for transpo service to moa and naia. For moa, P100 is charged for single trip, and around 100-300 for naia depending on which terminal.

Its nice place to stay for family and I have in mind to go back if given a chance. One thing if you can't hire a car its difficult to commute, taxi seldom go to that place. Hope guard house have a sign( lighted-blinker ) for taxi to hire

The place is good although it is hard to get a cab

The unit was ok. Lack a table and chair, wardrobe to hang clothes and and no exhaust fan/filter for cooking. Location is quiet and near to the beach, good view of Manila Bay. Although cheap, but taxis difficult to get. If you call by phone they always charge 50 pesos extra due to remoteness. Sometimes may have to wait for one hour.

Jerry Go was very accommodating and provided top customer service. The unit was nice and clean, however its far from public transport. There was tv & aircon but no fridge or cooking facilities.

My fiance and I booked this place because it LOOKED nice, presentable, and had what we were looking for. Boy were we wrong. After "acting" so nice this particular trip, however, the RUDE host (Joy Gamboa) later completely REJECTED and even lied straight to our face by saying that she would book our room for our impending return trip there, in which she was completely aware of the dates of our next trip this coming May 2013! Promising to even give us a discount bec we would've been repeat customers, I agreed to her terms and sent her pre-payment and she never even bothered to reply nor did she confirm the booking!

For starters, Joy Gamboa is also EXTREMELY hard to reach.... my fiance probably contacted her no less then *100* times on many different occasions and during all parts of the day, to which Ms. Gamboa only completely IGNORED.... what kind of host or anyone in this type of business even does that?! Then if this wasn't enough, she even lied to us saying that the place is already booked for "someone else" when as aforementioned above, was TOTALLY AWARE OF OUR IMPENDING BOOKING DATES! And dont even get me started about the place... the TV had literally only 2 channels that were actually fuzzy enough to make out what was on the screen and she didn't even bother to correct that problem or offer a discount for this (yet the place boasts of "cable TV"... yeah, one with NO CHANNELS TO WATCH!!!). And when we came back to stay there from a short excursion for a few days, after being told by her sister that all our food/consumables would saved, when we came back, our ice cream, eggs, and other groceries were GONE! So not only do they not have the advertised TV they watch, but they also steal customers' food too!! THEN one night we waited for 3 hours in the lobby as she failed to meet us @ 8P to give us back our keys to the room!!!! *3 HOURS!!!!*

Lets now talk about the internet. My God the internet sucked soooOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO bad and was hands down the worst place I've ever stayed in for that. I'm a day-trader by profession and REQUIRE internet to work. I had to go out of my way to a net cafe everyday just to trade since the signal in this horrible place was so decrepid.... I literally felt like i was back in 1990. Even when Ms. Gamboa told us that the signal in the lobby was strong, that was obviously a lie as I attempted connecting in the morning and evening for several days only wasting precious time and money having to go out of our way to a net shop.

If anyone wants (or doesn't believe), I have the transcript of our conversation where Ms. Gamboa not only said she'll HOLD our room but also OFFERED it for a discounted rate in the 1st place only to screw us out of staying there again (probably bec she's greedy and later thought that she could make more money ripping someone else off!) All what I say is true and if anyone has any questions or wants any more clarification on any of the above, then do not hesitate to reach me.

our experience was not that good. first in checking in. we came there and was asked to comeback because the room was not yet ready and their housekeeping staffs were not available. cant do nothing more. agreed nway the mall is just closeby. we came back expecting the room to be clean as we got a call but we came and the floor is still wet and the bed sheets is dirty. Cant expect more we get what we paid for.

i would never rent from here again... the rental stated two ACs with sleeper sofa in living room.. there was none only two stools.. and a tiny two chair table and no AC in the living area.. needless to say with the temps over 90 everyday.. i had to spend most my time stuck in the room.. very un happy with this whole unit.. would never recommend it to anyone.. or the website.. this site should visit all its units before letting a owner rent it like this

The place so nice and quite and sir jerry is so nice.. just one problem you need to wait to get a taxi coz the place is in an exclusive village with no public transport.. I really enjoy my stay there very relaxing coz i feel i am far from the crowded city.. be back there someday..
