I was searching for a decent place for my sister and her family to stay at in December when I saw this ad. It seemed like a good deal but since I havent heard of iBilk before, I was kinda hesitant to book it. But after searching online to verify the 'legitimacy' of the site, I decided to book the place. And Im glad that I did (booked it for Dec 16-22, 2012).

The place was a very good deal for its price. The whole unit is clean and quite spacious if you only have 2 people staying. You have the basic amenities you would need and the place is very close to Gateway, Shopwise and restaurants along Araneta Center.

And also, Angela is a very accommodating and nice host. She didnt mind that we had kids and was even thinking about the comfort of the kids. I will definitely recommend this place.

Very good location, well maintained,, and good accommoditions. Will be inquiring to rent this unit for future visits in Philippines.

There were some issues in the beginning but the caretaker was good enough to take care of those issues.

We had a very good and very quiet stay in this place - Unit 4E.

The owner representative - Ronald is very helpful. It would have made our stay better though if he made the place 100% ready for me and my family at the start with the set of bed linens/towels for four instead of one. I clearly indicated it in my note during booking.

Also, adding microwave oven and wi-fi connection will be a plus.

Nevertheless, we will consider again staying here in the future.

The place is very good, neat and clean.The price is just right. Highly recommended especially for those who are traveling in bigger groups (5-6) and are looking for cheaper yet very comfortable place to stay. The CR is clean and the shower is good. 2 thumbs up!

i would definitely rent this condo unit again. owners are courteous and accommodating.

hi..this place is good enough for those travelers who want to save money yet secured and comfy..my experience in d unit is good..the unit itself is good,have a nice c.r. and a bed..really had a great tym with my partner..demands wer met except from the food..my partner and i were xpecting food there,unfortunately d fcility wer no longer offring food but nonetheless it's fine.. we undrstand..another thing..hopefully d fcility will sell atleast toothpaste and a toothbrush for d customer,just a suggestion..anyways,im looking forward to b der again..tnx and more power.. Reasonably clean, comfortable and spacious! Staffs are nice and accommodating as well.
