We are looking for people to rent a vacant room.

This is just a simple ROOM to be RENTED, NOT an Apartment, NOT a House nor a Boarding House/Dorm.

NOTE:
Our house is a 2-storey wooden house with 2 rooms on the second floor. The first one is being used by us (my Mom, me, and my younger sister). The second room and the bigger one is the one for rent.

Room for Rent:
-Good for 2 to 3 persons
-Php 3,000.00 - Monthly
-with one month advance and one month deposit payment scheme
-electric bill not yet included, depends on the consumption
-Suitable for newly wed couple, live-in couple, students, reviewees, workers, and people who just need a place to stay for a month or so.
-Shared usage of C.R (with shower)
-Shared Electric Consumption
-Shared Dining and Living Room
-Quiet Neighborhood
-Safe and Secured sorroundings/barangay. With curfew and Tanods on duty at night.

LOCATION:
-Int. Bataan St., Sta. Mesa, Manila (so expect to pass by an alley)
-Nearby Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Illumina Residences and Don Bosco Manila
-just a jeepney ride from and to major places (Kalentong, PUP-Manila, SM Centerpoint, Jeepney bay to Cubao and Marikina, PNR Station, University Belt, Mendiola, Quiapo, Divisoria, JRU, EDSA-SHAW BLVD., Pasig City, Ortigas and BONI AVe., Mandaluyong)
