I'm renting a room in my 2-bedroom condo at Victoria Towers in the heart of QC's entertainment district.

THE ROOM:

- The room is about 10-12 square meters big

- The room has a private balcony, brand new aircon, and closet

THE CONDO:

- has an awesome outdoor lanai - ideal for entertaining guests, barbecue, or even putting a small garden; perfect area to relax

THE BUILDING:

- The building has a swimming pool, function rooms, and several floors of parking spaces

- Gold's gym is also located in the 6th floor of the building.

- Robinsons Supermarket in the basement of the building.

- Starbucks on the 1st floor, plus banks and ATM machines and several choices of restaurants, shops, and bars in the first 3 floors

- Sunday mass held on the mezzanine level of the building.

YOU:

Male or female, preferably a working professional and non-smoker. Must be able to pay rent on time. I am looking for a housemate who is drama-free and with no issues whatsoever; someone who can help me keep our home clean and a nice place to come back to at the end of the day; someone I can be friends with and hang out or work out with with from time to time.

ME:

I am a very responsible and respectful housemate. I am not a neat freak but I like keeping my home tidy and organized. I am a working professional and I am also on my last semester of grad school. I prefer to eat at home rather than dining out although I am not an excellent cook. I try to eat healthy although I have my cheat days every now and then :-) I like going out once in a while, watch movies, and enjoy a nice cup of coffee. I am not a big alcohol drinker and I don't smoke nor do drugs.

- Rent is P10K/month plus 1/2 of dues, electric, and water bills

- 1 month advance, 2 months deposit
