We are really sorry for the wrong location of the map... we have corrected it..Regarding the hot water, the canteen does not belong to the room rentals.. They sell coffee or hot chocolate for only 15 pesos which is very reasonable . they sold you hot water for ten pesos to pay the cost of electricity and appliances but we told them next time they can only sell at package of 15 pesos with coffee or milo to avoid issues like this.... regarding the cup po, they cannot give you free cups. They only earn three to five pesos for a bottle of branded mineral water.. With the five pesos, they have to pay for electricity of the ref... just like when you buy at 7-11 stores , they wont give you a free cup for a bottle of mineral water purchased. Other room rentals refused to manage food inside their premises to avoid complains.. but we want our clients to be convenient and have the option to buy food 24 hrs within the compound anytime of the day...

Regarding the room, your booking was only for two persons 350 each shared washroom was 700 pesos. But when you came, you were four persons. We showed you a big room with shared washroom as per your booking. You commented that the room is big but you chose to upgrade po a room with own washroom. We only charged you 350 pesos for only one additional person for the four of you and for the third night po you only paid for three person at 1000 pesos ....We gave you the option to choose a much bigger room as per your booking but you decided po to take the smaller room with own bathroom which is not your booking. But are own toilet rooms are fully book as we have showed you and only small rooms are available. We should not have allowed upgrading of rooms , i mean you have to take what you have booked with ibilik , but we want clients to be more convenient on what they would prefer.

We do apologized for any inconvenience caused by the wrong map location on the internet that made you took two taxis that caused you to brave the rain .
