The caretaker was totally understanding. It's a perfect quiet place to stay in when you're in Manila. For the most part, we were just concerned with checking out RWM and catching our flights.

Everything about the stay at Montecito Resort World in Pasay was awesome. I, along with my family had a great time in that place. The condo was good and clean and the only flaw I can think of was the water pressure in the kitchen sink, cable TV and the constant losing connection on the WIFI internet but the rest of the experience outplayed those flaws. We had a great time in the huge swimming pool downstairs. The staff were great and they are always friendly. The place is walking distance with the Newport Mall, some nice bar/disco and also some decent restaurant. Caretaker Melanie was very helpful and to top it off, it was not expensive at all. I would NOT hesitate booking a place at that condo the next time i come visit Philippines. I would also NOT hesitate to recommend this place to any of my out-of-country friends and relatives to book their place at this condo. Thank you for the pleasant experience during my stay in the Philippines.

Very good apartments with 24/7 security guards. Walking distance to Resort World & Casino. Host very friendly and accommodating to our special requests.

Room is good and very reasonable for the rental.....

Everything went well during our stay except for the parking space which is a little bit far from the place. The room was great though. We enjoyed our stay..

Although it was a very short stay ,i would say my expectation was met ,and definitely would come back again next year if given the chance again..

I would love to book again this coming Dec.12 for 3 days again ,but i can see that it is already booked for the date i had mentioned .

Looking forward next year to stay in same the place.
