Good location.

I think the condo management did a good job maintaining the place. Housekeeper was there everyday to clean up. The room was not bad but really miss the kitchen part because we wanted to cook instead of going out everyday to eat. It is a good location with easy access for transportations ie: jeepney and taxi. Walking distances for eating out and a few minutes away from Greenbelt and Rockwell via cab. I can't complain much on the room other than not having a kitchen or microwave.

My first impression with the service is above average. I called them one night to have a walk-in chance to check if they have still a room available without any prior reservations made. In a matter of minutes, they called me back to confirm they have looked for an available room for me (which they had "borrowed" from other management). The room they gave to me has all the complete amenities and the rest of night was a breeze.

Come the day for the reserved date and my expectation quickly stoop down. While all the personnel were very friendly and accommodating and addressed all my complaints, it still didn't compensate my frustration. The TV (tube-type) did not come with a remote control and they have to change it with a different one (LCD or flat-screen), with me already INSIDE the room. What made me tick was that they actually knew this before I came there. Imagine the inconvenience this experience brought when I expected a hassle-free night.
