5-Star Studio @ Greenbelt Chancellor

I wished my entire stay in philippines was at the greenbelt chancellor.It better than staying at a hotel, feel very homely and comfortable. I wish the stove was working better unless i didn't know how to use it well. I suppose a good working stove with an oven would make this place a double plus, and cable tv would really ace it. One fault i had, i wanted to connect the dvd to the tv but no cables were available melanie. But all in all you really have a good product. Personally I feel like you should be able to run a 100 percent occupancy with the right marketing maintenance. I would definitely be staying there again when I am in makati. Only next time I would book early as I was only able to stay there for 3 days. I am rating it at 4.5. Upgrade the stove, add some Motion picture entertain, whether it be cable, or dvd and We are running a 5.1 (more than superb. Adding a washer/dryer would be 10

My husband and I had a great time, the amenities are great. the caretaker Ms. Melanie is so easy to talked to :) very friendly and accommodating. I can recommend it to my friends :).

I've stayed in Greenbelt Chancelor for 4 days and i liked the place so much the room is very clean huge and just a short walk to GB1.. just the stove is not working properly so we have to buy take out food .. Im planning to stay again there soon and hopefuly the stove work properly :) ..thank you..

Nice unit.. But it's better if u have some carpet and change the curtain into colored one, extra bed sheets and a comforter, need a new set of pillows. The location is perfect!

Oh btw.. There's a lot of dirt and food from old tenants that need to be clean.. It's disgusting. I saw it on my last day.

Really good, close to shops and greenbelt shopping. Host Melanie and her family was very accommodating and helpful in guiding us through the busy streets of Manila.

i had a great time staying here, i just wish that the internet is working. signal is too weak not even working.. but the place it self is amazing.. i will surely come back

My stay was pleasant and the place is very nice. Value for your money and thumbs up to Melanie for being very helpful! Some improvement points:

- Check-in was delayed as Melanie was engaged in an exam which is understandable. But was further delayed as she forgot the keys to the room. Had to wait for a locksmith which was able to open it but had a hard time putting it back. All got finished at only around 8pm which as you can imagine is too stressful of a delay for me due to lack of rest
- Aircon unit is very noisy
- Washing machine is broken and coffee/tea water heater is missing
- Suggest to have cleaning materials available such as mops, floor rags, and change of sheets plus a thicker blanket.

I would not hesitate to stay here on my next trip to Manila. Awesome place ;)

Location and stay is great!

Location is great and security is good.
The place is spacious with all basic stuff.
The stereo system is awesome.
The host Mel is very helpful and responsible.

Major issues: there is no cable TV, local network signal is weak. The washing machine didn't work while I was there but there are a few laundry shops just around the corner. The curtain is too transparent so it is very easy to wake up at 6am on a sunny day. Wifi signal varies.

We had a good stay...especially liked the swimming pool and gym. good location...just a walking distance to greenbelt malls. a small suggestion, if you could kindly put a shower curtain in the toilet...also, replace the airconditioning unit! it's so noisy! other than that, our stay was pleasant and would recommend it to friends and relatives.

well the place is quite accessible and near greenbelt malls. room is spacious, clean and with tv,refrigator,kitchen and table. the bed is just right. aircon is functioning well. however, there is no cable, curtain and the hot and cold water system is not functioning well. but be warned, the contact person is available only from 8am to 5pm and when you will check-in late you will be charged and fined. anyway, we had just some miscommunication and i had to shoulder her taxis so we checked in late. we love the pool though.

overall, for the price and proximity to malls and restos, this is quite a steal and i will definitely come back and recommend this to my friends and other relatives who are looking for a place to stay in makati

beautiful room with nice amenities and swimming pool/fitness room but TERRIBLE internet!!! they even changed it twice to no avail.... dont bother depending on it like i did especially when your job demands it.... because you will end up sad instead........

The unit was not properly cleaned including the kitchen sink (it stunked), fridge, microwave and bathroom. Washing machine was not working. Small ants and hair were on floor, dining table and couch. Pillows were worned out but were immediately replaced through the kindness of Melanie, the Property Manager. I was indeed so bored at night (stayed 21 nights) for there was nothing to watch on TV except for 4 DVD action movies. Additional furniture should be provided like a bedside table and a lamp. Bath mat, shower curtain and top window curtain (guest/tenant can be seen through from opposite buildings) should also be on the list. Overall, I was unhappy and will not consider staying over again on my next visit

Everything worked out perfect for me. The caretaker of the condo was right on time with everything. She arrived on time for check in and she arrived on time for checkout. She is proficient in English and very pleasant. The place was immaculate and very accessible to the Greenbelt mall. Just 5 minutes walking distance. You will not get a better place for this price.
