New Executive Studio (Beside Resorts World)

the unit is actually bigger and nicer than in photos. very comfortable, accessible and convenient. the owner is very nice. the only problem we had was the electricity bill which cost us php650 for our 2 nights stay which was very high considering we were out the whole day. however, ma'am mary ann promised to look into the guard's meter reading and offerred us discount for our next stay. this place is a hidden gem with its ammenities, comfort and definitley the price. with swimming pool and free wifi. we we're happy we found this place and felt lucky we were able to book on our travel dates. mam mary ann was nice enough to wait for us until past 11pm upon check in and allowed us for late check out. aside from the shocking electric bill, overall stay was great and still cheaper compared to other accomodations. i hope this place will always be available whenever we need a place to stay in manila. a very great experience for our travel.

Thanks to owner Mary Ann for my stay in Sarasota. The room is clean, well maintained and value for money. Mary ann is a gracious host as she patiently adjusted to my schedules, both times: late "traffic time" check in and early morning checkout.... More importantly, easy to deal with.

oops, minor thing. i do agree with previous post. Maybe, its time to take the plastic from the bed...bed sheet slips and noisy due to friction. I understand cleanliness...but no worries. small thing compared to overall satisfaction guaranteed.

The apartment is well situated in a fairly quiet area near the airport which I prefer rather than the constant hustle bustle of Manila. The staff at the apartments though not particularly helpful due to a lack of english , are nonetheless friendly and professionally attired. There are a constant stream of taxis along the road outside the gated area which makes getting around very easy. I did ask for a double bed but was given something a bit smaller so be sure you are clear in what your requirements are there. Overall I did enjoy my stay there. Mary Ann is great to deal with. She was very understanding about my forgetting to bring paperwork for the booking and I for one will be seeking her out for my next visit to Manila for accommodation advice.

We arrived the date of checkin and were met by Mary Ann the owner, and we accepted the unit and found it to be of the utmost quality, the furnishings were in great order and the kitchen was well supplied, overall this unit rates as 1 of the best bargains we have found, and believe me we have stayed in many hotels and condo/hotels in and near Manila, I would rate this unit 9 1/2 of 10 and May Ann was on time both at check in and departure and VERY pleasant, we will return!! The unit's very clean, tidy, comfortable and nicely furnished. In the compound where this condo is located, the security is impressive, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the pool was a lot of fun (albeit shallow). The location is extremely convenient. Best of all, the owner was super easy to deal with. The place truly felt like a home away from home -- you'll get your money's worth. I'd stay here again next time I'm in Manila.

VERY ENJOYABLE, PERFECT SIZE FOR 1 OR 2 PERSONS. BATHROOM A BIT SMALL BUT THEN YOU DON'T SPENT THAT MUCH TIME IN THERE.. VERY CONVENIENT TO THE AIRPORT WHICH WAS JUST ON THE OTHER SIDE OF THE ROAD. EVEN WITH THE CLOSENESS OF THE AIRPORT I DIDN'T HEAR ANY NOISE. ONLY BAD THING I CAN SAY IS THAT IT WASN'T AVAILABLE FOR ALL OF MY VACATION..

My only concern is there is no phone numbers of nearby restaurants to call and order food for delivery. It should be available for transient visitors who have no time to cook or go out to buy food.

On a scale of 10, I give 5 for the overall cleanliness of the place. The bathroom and kitchen were not that clean....The AC cover was very dirty!!

Overall, my short stay was comfortable, convenient and most of all, I felt safe.

The place was great, cozy, clean, relaxing and affordable. The owner is very accomodating including all security staff. We haven't got the chance to dip in the pool though coz it is under maintenance. The place is suitable for all transcient guest.

Surely we will be back should we return in the Philippines!!

Perfect location to Terminal 3, to the casino, to the mall, and restaurants..walking distance, safe, cheap rental..

This is a very nice and comfortable alternative to a hotel for a much better price. The staff and security are very helpful and the swimming pool is great! Be sure to bring towels and extra blankets! I would recommend this to anyone!

Price was reasonable however lacking rice cooker, faucet in bathroom and can opener broken upon arrival, condo cleanliness was under par. main door handle in need of repairs, internet was not connected prior to arrival noisy construction outside

Excellent host and excellent value for a short stay. Accomodated my early check-in with no charge and no fuss. Don't forget to bring your towels as none are provided. One very small negative is plastic cover on mattress. Its very close to Resort World Casino so you can join up there for free and avail of their free shuttle services to various locations in Metro Manila.
